Chicken Korma

Ingredients:

  • 300 gm chicken breast (approx .6 lb)
  • 1 jar KFI Korma Sauce
  • 1 tbsp 35% whipping cream
  • Å’ cup sliced cashews
  • Å’ cup finely chopped cilantro

Directions

Cube the chicken breast into 2” cubes. Now pan fry in either butter or oil for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.  Add the KFI Korma Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.  Add the whipping cream and simmer for 2 minutes.  Garnish with thinly sliced cashews or finely chopped cilantro. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with hot naan bread.
