Chicken Tikka Masala

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 300 gm chicken breast (approx .6 lb)
  • Å“ jar KFI Korma Sauce
  • 1 jar KFI Rogan Josh Sauce
  • Å“ jar KFI Butter Chicken Sauce
  • Å“ green pepper cubed
  • Å“ onion cubed
  • 1 tbsp 35% whipping cream
  • Å’ cup finely chopped cilantro

Directions

Cube the chicken breast into 2” cubes. Now pan fry in either butter or oil for 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Add the green peppers, onions, KFI Korma Sauce, KFI Rogan Josh Sauce and KFI Butter Chicken Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.  Add the whipping cream and simmer for 2 minutes.  Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with hot naan bread.
