Ingredients:
- 300 gm lamb or beef (approx .6 lb)
- 1 jar KFI Korma Sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 1tbsp butter
- Å’ cup sliced ginger or chopped cilantro
Directions
Cube the lamb or beef into 2†cubes. Cook the lamb or beef in 1 tbsp butter for 10-15 minutes or until meat is fully cooked. Add the KFI Korma Sauce and coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with thinly sliced ginger or chopped cilantro. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
