Korma Kashmiri

Ingredients:

  • 300 gm lamb or beef (approx .6 lb)
  • 1 jar KFI Korma Sauce
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1tbsp butter
  • Å’ cup sliced ginger or chopped cilantro

Directions

Cube the lamb or beef into 2” cubes. Cook the lamb or beef in 1 tbsp butter for 10-15 minutes or until meat is fully cooked.  Add the KFI Korma Sauce and coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with thinly sliced ginger or chopped cilantro. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
