Bombay Fish Curry

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 fish fillet
  • Å“ large tomato
  • 1 jar KFI Rogan Josh Sauce
  • Å“ jar KFI Butter Chicken Sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Å’ cup chopped cilantro

Directions

Cut the fish fillet into 2” cubes. Cut the tomato into cubes. Pan fry the cubes of fish in 1 tbsp butter until fully cooked.  Add the tomato cubes, the KFI Rogan Josh Sauce, the KFI Butter Chicken Sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes.  Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
