Chicken Korma

Ingredients:

  • 300 gm chicken breast (approx .6 lb)
  • 1 jar KFI Korma Sauce
  • 1 tbsp 35% whipping cream
  • ¼ cup sliced cashews
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro

Directions

Cube the chicken breast into 2" cubes. Now pan fry in either butter or oil for 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Add the KFI Korma Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the whipping cream and simmer for 2 minutes. Garnish with thinly sliced cashews or finely chopped cilantro. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with hot naan bread.
