Ingredients:
- 300 gm boneless lamb (approx .6 lb)
- 1 jar KFI Rogan Josh sauce.
- ¼ cup sliced ginger or chopped cilantro
Directions
Cube the lamb into 2" cubes. Take ¼ jar of the KFI Rogan Josh Sauce and put into a pan and add the cubed lamb pieces. Cook the lamb for 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Add the remaining KFI Rogan Josh Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with thinly sliced ginger or chopped cilantro. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
