Goat Curry

Ingredients:

  • 300 gm boneless goat meat (approx .6 lb)
  • 1 jar KFI Rogan Josh Sauce
  • ¼ cup sliced ginger or chopped cilantro

Directions

Cube the goat meat into 2" cubes. Take ¼ jar of the KFI Rogan Josh Sauce and put into a pan. Add the cubed goat meat pieces.  Cook the goat meat for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.  Add the remaining KFI Rogan Josh Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with thinly sliced ginger or chopped cilantro. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
