Ingredients:
- 1 fish fillet
- ½ large tomato
- 1 jar KFI Rogan Josh Sauce
- ½ jar KFI Butter Chicken Sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Directions
Cut the fish fillet into 2" cubes. Cut the tomato into cubes. Pan fry the cubes of fish in 1 tbsp butter until fully cooked. Add the tomato cubes, the KFI Rogan Josh Sauce, the KFI Butter Chicken Sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
