Achari (Pickled) Paneer

Ingredients:

  • 150 gm paneer (approx .3 lb)
  • KFI Achari Mango Sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Handful of chopped cashews
  • 5 – 6 slices of pineapple
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Mix the paneer, corn starch, vinegar, ginger garlic paste together and refrigerate for one hour. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a fry pan, and add paneer mix. Pan fry the mixture for 10 minutes. Add 1 full bottle of KFI Achari Mango Sauce, the chopped cashew nuts and the slices of pineapple. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.
