Ingredients:
- 12 large mushrooms
- 2 firm tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp KFI Garlic Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp fresh parsley minced
- Salt to taste.
Directions
Cut the tomatoes and onions into thick slices. Blend oil, parsley, KFI Garlic Chili Sauce and salt. Wash the mushrooms, pat them dry and slice into halves. Thread mushroom slices onto skewers, alternating with onion and tomato slices. Brush the sauce mixture onto the skewered mushrooms, tomatoes and onions and grill for 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
