Ingredients:
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 5 tbsp KFI Mint Sauce
- Cooking oil to fry
- Salt to taste
Directions
Sieve the flour with the salt added. Rub in one tsp of oil. Knead the flour and oil into soft dough using a little water and the KFI Mint Sauce. Divide the dough into equal sized balls and flatten each ball with a rolling pin. Apply oil to each side and fry in flat pan until golden brown on each side. Serve hot with plain yogurt or spicy Indian pickle.
