Ingredients:
- 1 cup cubed paneer
- ½ cup green peas
- 1 jar KFI Vegetable Curry Sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp 35% whipping cream (optional)
- ¼ cup of chopped cilantro
Directions
Heat the tbsp of oil in a saucepan and add the green peas. Stir well and cook for 3 minutes. Add the KFI Vegetable Curry Sauce to the green peas and mix well. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add the paneer and mix well. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes. For added flavour add a 1 tbsp of 35% whipping cream. Garnish with chipped cilantro or light swirls of 35% whipping cream. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
